You have a choice. Included in the price
of each garment is
· Up to 12 letters of embroidery or
· Up to 6 letters of embroidery and
a stock design. If you require additional
letters the cost is 40p for each additional
letter. |

MUCH IS POSTAGE & PACKING? |

We send items by Royal Mail or Courier
depending on quantities. Prices for all
are as follows:-
Shipping charges are calculated according
to weight. Prices start at £1.95 and
are calculated according to the weight and
destination. This is shown on the shopping
cart before you make payment. For deliveries
in the UK you will never be charged more
than £3.50 regardless of quantity.

MY COMPANY/TEAM/CLUB LOGO EMBROIDERED? |

Of course you can have your own design in
embroidery. There is a one off charge between
£17.50 & £42.50, depending
on the complexity of the design. We have over
300 thread colour shades available.
You can email your logo by attaching a file
in JPEG, GIF, BMP or PDF

| HOW LARGE
CAN I HAVE MY EMBROIDERED DESIGN? |

| On each garment or bag there is a 'window'
for embroidery, the maximum size is 100mm(4")
wide x 75mm(3") high. When choosing a
stock design and text this can effect the
size of the lettering due to the available
space left. |

| DO YOU
ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS? |

| Yes we do, payments can be made in Euro's
or Sterling. |

| WILL YOU
EMBROIDER ANYTHING ON THE GARMENTS I SELECT? |

| We will embroider anything of your choice
providing it is not racist, hateful, licensed
or copyrighted. |

| DO YOU
OFFER PRINTING ON YOUR CLOTHING? |

| No we only offer quality embroidery. |

| DO YOU
OFFER A RETURNS POLICY? |
|
| No we do not. Each item is custom embroidered
to the individuals specification. Always order
your clothes sizes by measurement in inches
rather than small/medium/large. This conforms
with The UK Consumer Protection (distance
selling) Regulations 2000. |

| Yes we have over 300 thread shades to choose
from and can duplicate most company, team
or club logos. |

| Yes we have over 10,000 different designs
here at the factory. If you require something
