1. The contract will be on these terms and
conditions and as detailed in the order.
2. No contract exists until we accept an order
from you.
3. The price list is valid for a period of
30 days and we reserve the right to alter
our prices without notice.
4. Due to the personalised nature of the goods
and in accordance with the Distance Selling
Regulations 2000 we do not offer refunds and
no order which we have accepted may be canceled
by you except with our written consent and
on terms that you shall indemnify us for our
losses. If you receive any item that is faulty,
you should notify us within seven days from
receipt of goods and we will exchange it or
offer a full refund, including postage. This
does not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer.

Please do this before we confirm your order.
We are unable to rectify mistakes after this
time.
6. We reserve the right to refuse to embroider
any design which we consider to be racist,
hateful, otherwise offensive or if we believe
that the reproduction of it would be in breach
of a third party's intellectual property rights.
7. We aim to despatch goods to you within
3 working days of your order being accepted
by us but we cannot give an exact delivery
date and the timescale will increase during
busy seasonal periods, Bank Holidays etc.
8. We take payment at the time of placing
the order by credit card or cheque. We accept
Mastercard/Access, Visa, Switch and Delta.
Cheque payments must be cleared before we
accept your order. Postage
& packing will be added to your delivery
as appropriate to the quantity and destination.
If we are unable to accept your order then
we shall, at our option, either not debit
your credit card or not submit your cheque
or refund any money paid by you in respect
of that order.
9. We do not accept any liability for any
defects in the design which has been embroidered
onto the goods as long as the design is in
the form indicated by you on the order. Please
note that colours may vary slightly from batch
to batch and a slight variation may appear
due to reproduction variations in photographs.
